Terms and Conditions of Oh Em Gee Giveaways and Competitions (‘promotions’):

  • By entering the promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Entry is free, no purchase is necessary.
  • Entry is open to NZ residents only.
  • Oh Em Gee reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion.
  • Oh Em Gee reserves the right to amend and/or cancel these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Oh Em Gee reserves the right verify entries and disqualify incomplete, altered, illegal or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed.
  • Oh Em Gee is not liable for any person’s inability to complete entry.
  • Oh Em Gee is not responsible for any technical, telecommunication or website errors.
  • PRIZES:
    – Winners will be sent prizes (incl postage), unless otherwise stated. Where vouchers are involved, these will be emailed or sent out to the winner.
  • Winners of timeline giveaways on Facebook will be notified on the Facebook Giveaway post itself. Winners of timeline giveaways on Instagram will be notified on the Instagram Giveaway post itself. If an app has been used, then the winner will be notified by the email they used to enter with.
  • Oh Em Gee’s decision is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • No prize draws, promotions or competitions are in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
  • Prizes must be claimed within 2 calendar days or the prize is forfeited. Where any prize has multiple options, or can be customised, the winners decision or choice must be made upon first communication with Oh Em Gee and/or any of the businesses involved.
  • The prize can not be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
  • Personal information provided by entrants will not be sold or forwarded to any third party.
