1. Do you have an in-store shop we can view your flowers or buy from?
– Unfortunately not. We are an online shop only, however we are working on building relationships with brick and mortar stores around the country. If you would love to see flowers available in a store near, please let me know.
2. Where are you based?
– Whilst we are an online business we run our business from Tauranga, New Zealand, so shipping is out of Tauranga courier branches.
3. Do you offer pick up?
– No, sorry we do not offer pick up.
4. Do you ship all over NZ?
– Yes! We absolutely do! We can post our floral goodies all over Aotearoa/New Zealand. Shipping times may vary, depending on where you are in the country, including urban or rural. View our shipping page for all the information.
5. Do you ship internationally?
– It’s not something we advertise, as it has become extremely expensive to ship our flowers internationally. In saying that, if you wish to enquire, please send me a email at emily@ohemgee.co.nz
6. I want a rose posy but it a slightly different pink to what you have listed, can you do any other colours?
– Yes, sometimes I can. I don’t have all the colours available in stock on my premises, but if you have time to wait we may be able to check other available colours and enquire about delivery times.
7. Can I create my own bouquet?
– 100% you can! We are working on loading more foliage to our website, but if you ever see anything on our social media pages that you like please just contact me. You can choose from the current range of flowers and foliage online then choose ‘ bouquet wrapping’ as an add on to your cart (you will find this in the shop menu) and I will carefully and lovingly wrap your selected flowers an foliage into a posy or bouquet.
